On July 13-14, 2026, SolusiPBX supported one of its partners in running a 3CX V20 implementation training with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. On the first day, the event was opened by the Solusipbx partner team together with Mr. Ari Wibowo.
After the opening session, the event continued with a presentation themed “Modernizing the Contact Center with AI” delivered by Triwardhana Sugiri from the SolusiPBX team. In this session, participants learned how the artificial intelligence (AI) technology in 3CX V20 can help improve contact center operational efficiency through the various automation features available.
On the second day, the training continued with the material “System Administrator for 3CX”, delivered by Gloria Ageng Larasati, IT Support at SolusiPBX. In this session, participants learned how to manage the system, from configuration and access rights settings to system administration, followed by a Q&A session.
