How to Access the 3CX Web Client

To access the 3CX Web Client, just follow these few easy steps:

1. Find Your Login Details #

Open your email inbox and look for an email with the subject “Welcome to 3CX” sent by the system or your IT administrator. Inside that email you’ll find:

• Web Client URL (example: https://3cx.id)
• Extension Number (this acts as your username)
• Password

2. How to Log In #

1. Click the Web Client URL from the email using a browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
2. Enter your Extension Number in the username field.
3. Enter your Password.
4. Click Login.

💡 Extra Tip: Install It as an App (PWA) #

For extra convenience so you don’t have to open a browser every time, you can install it directly on your computer:

1. After successfully logging into the Web Client, look at the Address Bar at the top of your browser.
2. Click the Download/Install icon (usually a monitor with a down arrow, or a “+” symbol).
3. Click the Install button.
4. The 3CX app will now appear on your computer’s desktop just like a regular application.

If you’ve lost your welcome email, you can ask your company’s IT administrator to resend the welcome email so you get the correct access link.
