  • storage: To save configuration details and user preferences locally.
  • notifications: To alert users of incoming calls.
  • offscreen: To manage background audio streams and ringtones for WebRTC calls.
  • sidePanel: To provide a integrated softphone dialer inside Chrome’s side panel.
  • contextMenus: To offer right-click dialing on selected phone numbers.
  • alarms & tabs: To manage connection health checks and active CRM browser sessions.
